5 stars is not enough! I wouldn't have anyone else look after our fur babies and home. We have just returned from a week away with my parents which we simply could not have done previously as we have 5 dogs between us and we are always worried about leaving the dogs in anyone's care as they all have quite individual needs. Jess had 3 of my parents dogs and my 2 border terriers all at my house. We returned home to 5 very happy and content dogs and a beautifully clean house which is no mean feat with 5 dogs! We had daily pictures and updates of the dogs and my neighbour remarked on how dedicated Jess is to the dogs as she was seen walking them in the worst of weather! Unfortunately a couple of weeks before our scheduled holiday, one of our dogs severely injured his foot needing on-going veterinary treatment. Jess was readily on-hand to help with vet visits before our break so that she could have a clear understanding of what would be needed for while we were away. She was also happy to join me on a dog walk beforehand so that she could get to know the boys on a more personal level. I gave Jess lots of information to help make her stay run smoothly and to help me feel more comfortable before departing. Jess and I were in contact on a daily basis during my time away. Jess of My Cornish Pet Companion was an amazing sitter for our two pointers. Our dogs have always been nervous and cautious of new people. They have never been left alone before, and they have separation anxiety when my dad is away. We were in Cornwall, for my sister’s wedding, and we needed a way to leave the dogs alone for the first time in 6 years. Jess came down to meet them a few days before so she could interact with them and get to know them. She was so gentle, and so patient with them, as Bella has a loud bark and can be very intimidating. Jess was amazing, and got the dogs to become comfortable in her presence. She even went above and beyond and got a tick out of one of our dogs and health checked the rest. As the day went on, our dogs, as nervous as they are, layed on Jess' lap and slept cuddling her all day. Our family would highly recommend Jess to anyone. She's a star, in fact she's a 5 star.

I cannot praise Jess and My Cornish Pet Companion enough. Unfortunately, I gave her the wrong key for our house, but no panicking from Jess. Managed to get another key to her. My two Bichons absolutely loved her. She was so gentle and loving with them. Took them for walks, mindful that the older one couldn't have long walks. Took them out to a garden nursery and to Costa for a pup-cup each. They also went out to Roadford Lakes. Lots of cuddles which they loved. A bonus I came back to a lovely clean house and her bedding was washed and dried ready to put back on the bed. Will definitely use Jess again if she can fit us in. Thank you Jess.

I booked Jess to look after my cocker spaniel Daisy whilst we were on holiday and knew I could trust her straight away. Jess has a lovely approach and made sure Daisy met her a few days beforehand so she felt comfortable. Daisy is an anxious dog but within 5 minutes of meeting Jess was rolling over for her to stroke her tummy. Jess brought an aromatherapy spray and plug in with her which Daisy responded well too and we got a bottle to bring home with us. Usually Daisy can get carried away with chasing our cats but this spray has really helped calm her down. My daughter also puts it on her pillow at night. Jess gave us some information about different aromatherapy benefits for dogs and which to avoid which was really thoughtful. I'm sure we will book Jess again when we go back to Cornwall, she kept us up to date throughout the day with photos of Daisy having a great time. It was great to go out knowing Daisy was well looked after and I didn't worry about her at all. Thanks so much again!
