Booking Policy
Please be aware that enquiries don’t secure dates. Only payment as per your quote and contract confirms and guarantees your booking. I’m unable to hold dates. In the past, I’ve had several people ask to hold dates or wait for confirmation, only to cancel later, leaving me with empty slots I could have filled for other clients.

Payment terms
Deposits secure your booking and are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of payment, as dates are reserved exclusively for your pet.  Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the booking for your dates. This will be deducted from the final service fee. The remaining 50% of the total service fee is due no later than 48 hours before the start date of the pet-sitting service. Failure to pay means your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be kept as compensation for the reservation.

While quoted prices are valid for 7 days, I reserve the right to accept another booking in the meantime if payment is not received to secure a booking. Thank you for your understanding, this is my livelihood, and I truly value every client who chooses to book with me.
